RECEPTION STAFF - ACCOMMODATION

Position Summary: We are seeking proactive and responsible reception staff with a service-oriented attitude to manage accommodation, guest service, and support operational tasks, including cleaning. Initial training and onboarding We are looking for **reception staff for accommodation services**, possessing a strong service attitude, responsibility, initiative, and willingness to carry out operational tasks inherent to the establishment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Guest service and reception. * Registration of guest check-in and check-out. * Reservation management and room coordination. * Handling phone calls and WhatsApp messages. * Cash handling and billing. * Providing information about accommodation services. * Coordinating with housekeeping staff regarding room availability and handover. * **Performing room cleaning and preparation as needed**, including cleaning of rooms and bathrooms, changing bed linens and towels. * **Maintaining cleanliness and order in the reception area and personal workspace.** * Verifying that rooms are in good condition before being assigned to guests. * Reporting incidents, defects, or missing items. * Supporting necessary operational tasks to ensure smooth accommodation operations. **Requirements:** * Experience in reception, customer service, accommodations, hotels, or similar roles (preferred). * Strong communication skills and courteous demeanor. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * **Willingness to perform room cleaning and operational support tasks.** * Ability to work under pressure and resolve daily situations. * Basic computer and WhatsApp proficiency. * Availability to work **day shift or night shift**. **We Offer:** * **Formal employment under the REMYPE regime, in accordance with current regulations.** * **Initial training and onboarding.** **Important:** We seek staff for **both shifts: day and night**.
