Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Advisor - Live TikTok to promote and sell leather products, interact with the audience, and manage orders, ensuring an excellent shopping experience. Expande Talento, on behalf of our client—a company specializing in the marketing of leather goods and luggage—is looking for a **Sales Advisor \- Live TikTok** who combines sales skills, customer service, and operational support to ensure an excellent shopping experience. Main Responsibilities: * Conduct live broadcasts via TikTok to promote and sell leather accessories and luggage items, such as wallets, backpacks, and imported products. * Present products attractively, highlighting their features, benefits, and current promotions. * Interact with the audience in real time, answering questions and generating sales opportunities. * Drive sales closure and achievement of sales targets. * Follow up with potential customers during and after live broadcasts. * Manage and record orders, reservations, and product holds. * Coordinate order tracking until delivery to the customer. * Maintain updated customer and sales databases. * Support inventory control and updates. * Verify stock availability before and during live broadcasts. * Report fast-moving items and restocking requirements. * Provide warehouse support for preparation, inspection, and dispatch of sold products, when necessary. * Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure efficient and timely service. * Participate in creating commercial content and strategies aimed at increasing TikTok sales. Requirements: * Minimum 6 months of experience conducting sales through live broadcasts (TikTok Live, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, or similar platforms). * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or commercial management. * Proficiency in social media and digital tools. * Experience in inventory control, order tracking, or warehouse activities is desirable. * Availability to work onsite. * Availability to work in San Juan de Miraflores.
