Positive work environment. **Join San Cristóbal!** On behalf of our client "Corporación San Cristóbal", we are looking for a **Commercial Advisor** for our Ate branch — "Mi Brevete Seguro" Driving School. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide information about our courses, specifying requirements. * Respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and through digital channels (TikTok Live). * Create content for social media (Facebook and TikTok). * Follow up with potential clients until enrollment is finalized. * Contact and attract new prospects via phone calls and social media. * Maintain an updated database of interested individuals. * Prepare basic commercial management reports. * Support promotional campaigns and outreach activities. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing technical or university studies in Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related fields. * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in customer service, sales, or commercial advisory is preferred. Candidates with commercial skills and willingness to learn will also be considered. * Basic proficiency in **Microsoft Office** and digital tools (WhatsApp, email, and social media). * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proactive, responsible, and service-oriented attitude. **Competencies:** * Effective communication. * Empathy and courteous interaction. * Organization and accountability. * Persuasive ability. * Goal-oriented mindset. **We Offer:** * Fixed remuneration of S/ 1,350.00. * Ongoing training and mentoring. * Positive work environment. * Opportunity to gain experience and develop professionally. * Growth opportunities based on performance. **Employment Conditions:** * First three months under Honorarium Receipt; thereafter, MYPE payroll. * Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 06:00 PM; Saturdays, 08:00 to 01:00 PM. * Availability to work in-person in the Ate district.
