Job Summary: We are seeking proactive salespersons for our physical store and WhatsApp sales, with excellent customer service skills and a passion for art, design, and architecture. Artistic environment We are an importing and distribution company of art, design, architecture, Christmas trees, and related items. We seek proactive salespersons with excellent customer service skills for our physical store and WhatsApp sales. Work Location **CERCADO DE LIMA** **What will you do in this position?** * Sell art, design, architecture, Christmas tree, and related products wholesale and retail. * Maintain clean and organized product displays. * Identify wholesale and retail customers. * Maintain order and aesthetics in our creative store. * Provide respectful and friendly customer service. **Who are we looking for?** * Female salesperson aged 20 to 45. * Students eager to work in an artistic environment. * Interest in or studies related to architecture, art, or design (preferred). **Essential Requirements:** * Experience in direct sales with public interaction. * Experience in digital sales (WhatsApp Business). * Basic software and Office (Word and Excel) proficiency. * Personal hygiene is mandatory (professional appearance). **What do we offer?** * Probation Period: Fee-based compensation. * **Payroll enrollment + benefits** after successful completion and approval of the probation period. * A creative and dynamic work environment. * Flexible hours for students. * Break area available. Shift Options and Remuneration (Bi-weekly payments): * Morning Shift (Mon–Sat): 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | **S/ 1100.00** (45-minute break). * Afternoon Shift (Mon–Sat): 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM | **S/ 1240.00** (no break). * **Full Shift** (Mon–Sat): 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM | **S/ 1800.00** (45-minute break).
