A Legal Professional ensuring compliance with Corporate Governance and Tax Policies, aiming to optimize the effective Income Tax rate.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manages and updates matrices of tax exposure and tax litigation.
2. Supports tax audits, M&A activities, and preparation of agendas for Committees.
3. Reviews tax regulations and legal changes with tax implications.

**What will be your challenge?**
Ensuring compliance with the Corporate Governance Policy and Corporate Tax Policies, as well as supporting initiatives that enable optimization of the consolidated effective Income Tax rate at Alicorp and its subsidiaries, thereby contributing to increased shareholder return.
**What will you do in this role?**
* Manage and update the tax exposure and tax litigation matrix for Alicorp and its subsidiaries.
* Review and update the tax audit matrix for Alicorp and its subsidiaries.
* Support monitoring of Alicorp’s and its subsidiaries’ tax audit processes, assessing their likelihood of success.
* Support management of Alicorp’s and its subsidiaries’ tax litigation.
* Review and analyze regulations impacting alternatives or models for corporate acquisition/disposal, corporate reorganizations, or expansion into new territories—including financing and/or business initiatives.
* Support efficient tax management of M\&A projects before and during execution or closing, as well as IMO projects (integration phase).
* Support preparation of agendas/presentations for the Tax Corporate Governance Committees.
* Support preparation of presentations for the Risk Committees.
* Support review of regulations, case law, and comparative legislation potentially impacting tax planning analysis and any other transaction with tax effects that may be assessed by the Tax Administration under general anti-avoidance provisions.
* Report on draft legislation and regulatory changes affecting Alicorp and its subsidiaries.
* Develop, implement, disseminate, and monitor corporate tax policies.
**What do we require from you?**
* Degree in Law.
* Specialization in International Taxation and/or Corporate Taxation.
* Knowledge and experience in tax consulting, income tax, international taxation, double taxation treaties, indirect taxes, or related areas.
* Prior experience in companies with subsidiaries or in consulting is desirable.
* Intermediate-level proficiency in SAP or another ERP system.
* Advanced-level English proficiency (mandatory).
* Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Power BI proficiency is desirable.
