At **OMESA**, we are looking for a **LECTURER** specialized in **SYSTEMIC PSYCHOLOGY**; join our team:
Position Objective:
* Plan, deliver, and evaluate theoretical and practical sessions for the Systemic Psychology course, promoting system analysis and intervention while developing diagnostic and intervention skills among OMESA students (final-year students of the Faculty of Psychology).
Position Responsibilities:
* Deliver virtual classes with a systemic psychology focus, integrating theory and practice through real-case analysis—from initial assessment to writing psychological reports and designing intervention plans—including material selection, delivery of feedback reports, and follow-up.
* Perform administrative duties such as designing teaching materials, developing evaluation instruments and academic rubrics, and grading assignments according to course objectives.
* Design learning sessions centered on systemic assessment and intervention, promoting analysis of family dynamics, interactional patterns, and relational contexts.
* Manage the virtual classroom (posting content, recording attendance and grades, responding to student inquiries, and providing continuous feedback).
* Convey knowledge of principles, models, and techniques of Systemic Therapy, applying evidence-based intervention strategies.
* Participate in updating the syllabus, lesson plans, evaluation rubrics, and teaching materials in accordance with the institution’s academic curriculum.
* Explain systemic assessment and intervention models through clinical, family, couple, and support network case analyses.
* Attend the certification ceremony for students who successfully complete the assigned course, ensuring institutional formality and appropriate academic recognition.

Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Psychology; active professional registration is desirable.
* Certificate / Second Specialization in Systemic Therapy.
* Two years of experience as a clinical psychologist.
* Availability to attend the certificate award ceremony.
