




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive telemarketing agent to contact customers, provide information, resolve inquiries, coordinate visits, and conduct follow-ups. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer contact and project information management 2. Doubt resolution and visit coordination 3. Follow-up with interested customers and system updates **Requirements** * Minimum 6 months of experience in call centers, contact centers, telemarketing, or telephone customer service. * Basic/intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Strong communication skills and comfort speaking on the phone. * Ability to conduct follow-ups and maintain customer contact. * Proactive and organized individual. * Availability to work onsite in San Isidro. **Responsibilities** * Contact interested customers via phone calls and messages. * Provide clear information about projects. * Resolve inquiries and maintain communication with customers. * Coordinate and schedule visits. * Conduct follow-ups with interested customers. * Update information in the system. * Re-contact pending customers. * Support commercial event invitations. **Working Conditions** * Salary: S/1200 \+ bonuses. * Work modality: Onsite – San Isidro. * Contract type: Receipt for Services (RxH). * Working hours: 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. * Rotating weekly day off.
