Job Summary: We are seeking a Treasury Assistant to support payment management, recording of banking transactions, and documentary control. Key Highlights: 1. Support in payment processes and treasury management 2. Management of banking reports and procedures 3. Vendor support and document filing The company is currently looking for a Treasury Assistant: Professional Profile: * Technical or university graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Administration. * Minimum 6 months of experience in similar positions. * Experience using ERP systems. * Knowledge of Accounting and Finance, Treasury Management, Document Filing and Control. Responsibilities: * Assist in reviewing the correct invoice registration by the Accounting department to execute the payment process. * Manage the report of pending payment vouchers. * Upload transactions via bank websites (TLC) according to the scheduled payment plan for vendors. * Process withholding payments for all invoices subject to this system. * Record income and expenses in the system. * Send payment confirmations to vendors and internal departments. * Submit documents and conduct banking procedures as required by the department. * Issue checks for LBS payments to terminated employees. * Respond to all vendor calls. * File company disbursements systematically and sequentially. * Provide administrative support. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Prepare reports.
