




Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Sales Representative to manage sales in warehouses, pharmacies, and retail businesses, develop a customer portfolio, and achieve monthly targets. We are currently seeking top talent for the Field Sales Representative position. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 6 MONTHS of experience in horizontal sales of mass consumer goods (groceries and/or beverages). Commercial aptitude and dynamism. Ability to work under pressure and toward targets. Commitment to principles of integrity, honesty, and responsibility. Full-time availability to work Monday through Saturday. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct sales management in warehouses, pharmacies, markets, and wholesale businesses. Develop and expand the customer portfolio within the assigned territory. Manage credit lines and collect payments from customers. Achieve monthly sales targets in terms of margins, coverage, and soles. Effective sales closing. BENEFITS: Formal employment registration with all statutory benefits.
