Job Summary: We are seeking a waiter/hostess for a café-bistro with a minimum of restaurant experience to perform various customer service and dining room maintenance duties. Key Responsibilities: 1. Cutlery polishing and dining room cleaning 2. Table setting and other interview-related tasks We require a waiter/hostess for a café\-bistro located in San Isidro. **Schedule**: \- Rotating shifts; initially intermediate and closing shifts, until you can open independently. \- One day off per week. **Employment Type**: Honorarium receipt. **Salary**: \-S/.1130\.00, paid in two biweekly installments. \-20% tip retention processed via voucher; tips are paid daily in cash. **Requirements**: \- Minimum 6 months of restaurant experience \- Preferably familiar with the InfoRest system (not mandatory). **Responsibilities**: \- Cutlery polishing. \- Dining room cleaning. \- Table setting. \- Other duties as discussed during the interview.
