Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to perform picking, inspection, storage, and delivery tasks, ensuring effective communication and teamwork. Effective communication and proactivity in problem-solving Full-Time Warehouse Assistant Required: POSITION: WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT Main Requirements: * Minimum education: completed secondary school * At least 1 year of experience in roles such as (picking, inspections, storage, delivery, and collections). * Experience handling light loads and using logistics tools (barcode scanners). * Ability to maneuver with load * Physical strength to lift packages (up to 25 kg). * Proficiency with mobile devices (delivery apps such as SimpliRoute or internal systems) * Effective communication with customers * Teamwork (coordination with managers, planners, and supervisors). * Attention to detail (to prevent picking and delivery errors) * Proactivity and problem-solving skills * Responsibility and punctuality * Compliance with health regulations and good practices for storage and transportation * Complete documentation (mandatory) Secondary Requirements: * Knowledge of occupational health standards (SST) in Peru. (optional) * Knowledge of road safety standards (optional) * Certificate for handling goods (optional) * B2B driver's license (optional – includes additional bonus) Responsibilities: * Primarily perform picking, inspection, organization, and storage tasks * Secondarily perform delivery tasks * Load and unload goods, verifying their condition and documentation (waybills, receipts, invoices, etc.) * Deliver orders to end customers, ensuring acceptance and collecting signatures or digital proof. * Perform cash collections, POS transactions, and Yape payments. * Report incidents (e.g., rejected orders, incorrect addresses, etc.) to the logistics department. * Verify that goods are properly secured during transportation. * Provide courteous and professional service to customers during deliveries. * Resolve basic inquiries regarding orders or returns according to company protocols. * Follow biosafety protocols (if applicable) and road safety standards (e.g., wearing reflective vests, appropriate footwear, etc.). * Ensure proper handling of fragile or perishable products (as required). * Collaborate in teams when assigned as a delivery assistant in cargo vehicles * Coordinate with immediate supervisor.
