Job Summary: Receive, weigh, label, store, safeguard, rotate, pick, and dispatch raw materials, supplies, and packaging materials, ensuring smooth supply chain operations and adherence to regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive management of raw materials and packaging at the production plant. 2. Ensures supply to internal operational areas and proper packaging. 3. Strict compliance with food safety standards (GMP). Perform physical receipt, weighing, labeling, storage, safeguarding, rotation (FEFO/FIFO), picking (order assembly), and dispatch of raw materials, supplies, and packaging materials at the Central Production Plant. Ensure uninterrupted supply to internal operational areas (Kitchen, Pastry, and Bakery) and correct packaging for dispatch to branch locations, strictly complying with food safety standards (GMP) and inventory control requirements.
