Teamwork **We are Huarcaya Group**, a leading company in the timber industry, currently recruiting **Operational Assistants**. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 3 months of experience in similar roles (preferred). * Good communication skills, responsibility, ability to work in a team, and good physical stamina. * Availability to work on construction sites (projects) in **SOUTH LIMA**. * Flexible schedule, willingness to work overtime. * **Monday to Friday:** 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. * **Saturdays:** 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. * Good physical condition **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Loading and unloading of furniture and melamine panels (stowing). * Packaging assembly and preparation of products for dispatch. * Organizing and arranging products according to assigned production line. * Assisting in product counting for inventory purposes. * Unloading newly arrived products. * Assisting in furniture installation. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **BENEFITS** * Enrollment in the **MYPE payroll system**. * Formal employment contract from the first day of work. * Opportunity for **career progression** and continuous learning.
