Job Summary: We are seeking a Welding Assistant to support the fabrication, assembly, repair, and maintenance of natural gas systems in an environment committed to quality and teamwork. Continuous training and an excellent working environment. **WELDING ASSISTANT** **Who Are We?** We are **AYL**, a company specialized in the installation, maintenance, and repair of natural gas systems, operating in partnership with various recognized brands in the sector. We are currently seeking committed professionals oriented toward service quality to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * **Assist the welder** in fabrication, assembly, repair, and maintenance tasks for pipelines, structures, and equipment related to natural gas systems. * **Prepare materials and tools** required for welding work, verifying their condition and availability. * **Perform surface cleaning and preparation** before and after welding processes (grinding, brushing, degreasing, etc.). * **Transport, organize, and store materials**, equipment, and accessories used in welding operations. * **Assist in aligning and securing pipelines and components**, per instructions from the welder or supervisor. * **Operate basic manual and electric tools** supporting welding tasks, following established procedures. * **Maintain a clean and safe workplace**, removing waste and surplus materials. * **OTHERS** **Requirements:** * Graduate or certified technician in a related field (Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Electricity, or similar). * Knowledge of safety standards applicable to the sector. * Responsibility, **punctuality**, and ability to work in a team. * MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A WELDING ASSISTANT. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Saturday. * 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. **Benefits:** * Opportunity for professional growth. * Continuous training. * Excellent working environment.
