Job Summary: An accounting professional with SAP experience responsible for reviewing, validating, and recording financial transactions while ensuring regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring regulatory compliance in transactions Education: Accounting or related field Knowledge: Advanced Excel, SAP Experience: 2 years in similar positions Key Responsibilities: Review, validate, and track corrections to purchase vouchers entered into SAP by various users, verifying their proper validation with SUNAT. Execute weekly payments of withholding taxes related to quinoa purchases from suppliers and record such transactions in SAP. Prepare and verify that export sales are accompanied by the corresponding customs declaration and that values and quantities match those declared by the customs agent. Create and register fixed assets in SAP, ensuring correct classification and accounting registration. Perform monthly reconciliation of withholdings between SAP and SUNAT. Review, validate, and record deposits and receipts into the company's bank accounts. Review and validate supporting documentation prior to supplier payments, ensuring compliance with formal requirements and internal approvals.
