Accounting Assistant

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to analyze accounts, close accounting periods, support financial statement preparation, and propose process improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Analyze accounting accounts and follow up on observations 2. Adhere to the accounting closing schedule and reporting deadlines 3. Propose improvements to accounting and tax processes Technical degree and/or Bachelor's degree or graduate in Accounting, Accounting and Financial Sciences, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting functions; textile industry experience is preferred. Knowledge of current Peruvian tax regulations (IGV, Income Tax, RMT, MYPE regime). Proficiency in STARSOFT accounting software. Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup formulas, data validation). Willingness to work on-site in San Juan de Lurigancho-Lima. Responsibilities: * Analyze accounting accounts and follow up on observations. * Adhere to the accounting closing schedule and reporting deadlines. * Support the preparation of financial statements. * Propose improvements to accounting and tax processes. * Other duties inherent to the position Salary: S/.1\.00 \- S/.2\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
