Job Summary: We are seeking a Collections Assistant to manage and negotiate overdue debts, with experience in high-risk portfolios and persuasive skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Management of collections from customers with overdue debts 2. Negotiation and closing of payment agreements 3. Follow-up on payment commitments **JOIN OUR TEAM!** **COLLECTIONS ASSISTANT – HIGH-RISK PORTFOLIO** **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in collections, especially in high-risk or delinquent portfolios. * Currently pursuing technical or university studies in: Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related fields. * Proficiency in handling calls and negotiating with customers. * Persuasion skills and ability to handle objections. * Basic knowledge of Excel. * Stress tolerance and results orientation. **Responsibilities:** * Management of collections from customers with overdue debts (high-risk portfolio). * Follow-up on payment commitments. * Negotiation and closing of payment agreements. * Recording and updating collection activities in the system. * Reporting on portfolio recovery progress. **Conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturdays, 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Work modality: On-site. * Market-competitive remuneration.
