Responsibilities Review and control manufacturing costs and financial information. Verify accounting accounts and the sequential consistency of sales vouchers across all branches. Coordinate with stores to regularize accounting documentation. Prepare and monitor sales records. Validate and correct entries recorded in the Daily Journal. Issue payment vouchers and supporting documents for cash inflow and outflow transactions. Conduct cash counts and report any discrepancies detected. Respond to billing-related inquiries and provide support to the accounting department. Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
