Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and passionate individual eager to collaborate in building a sustainable world—co-creating and planning content, and performing audiovisual editing and design. Active participation in co-creation and content planning **We seek a highly creative individual with strong passion for their work and great enthusiasm for teamwork toward a sustainable world.** **Submitting a portfolio is mandatory for evaluation.** **Requirements:** * Student in final semesters or graduate of Audiovisual Production, Graphic Design, Communication, or related fields. * Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere). * Expertise in CapCut and rapid-editing tools for vertical formats (TikTok/Reels). * Ability to identify viral trends and creatively adapt them to the brand’s purpose. * 6 to 12 months of experience in creative roles (personal portfolio or independent projects preferred). * 6 to 12 months of experience in similar positions. * Solid knowledge of **photography** (camera operation, basic lighting, and composition). * Intermediate English (reading/writing) and Office proficiency for reporting and planning. **Responsibilities:** * Co\-create and plan the content calendar, contributing that fresh "spark" during brainstorming sessions. * Write creative scripts and strategic *copywriting* that resonates with the community while honoring the brand’s sustainable tone. * Record and edit videos (primarily Reels and TikToks), optimized for retention and reach. * Design and curate the Instagram *feed*, ensuring a coherent and visually appealing aesthetic. * Photograph products and perform digital retouching for the e\-commerce platform. * Support other organizational areas with ad-hoc visual requests.
