Coordination and organization of passenger services **TURISMO JAKSA**, a company with over 31 years of experience in interprovincial transportation, is currently seeking a **STEWARDESS WITHOUT EXPERIENCE** to join our team on the **ICA/LIMA ROUTE.** **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Completed secondary education or technical studies in Tourism and Hospitality, Commercial Aviation, or related fields. * Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. * Availability for **FULL-TIME** work on **ROTATING SHIFTS** for the **ICA \- LIMA ROUTE.** * Strong communication skills, courteous demeanor, and service-oriented attitude. * Must reside in the **DISTRICT** of **ICA** or nearby areas. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide personalized passenger assistance during the journey. * Ensure comfort, cleanliness, and safety onboard. * Prepare and organize service materials (blankets, snacks, pillows, trays, etc.). * Conduct periodic rounds onboard to address passenger requests. * Deliver the official welcome and safety speech following the company's established protocol. * Coordinate with staff in Lima and Ica during passenger boarding and disembarkation. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Monthly salary of S/1800 (broken down into a base salary of S/1500 and a fixed monthly bonus of S/300\) * Enrollment in the General Payroll System from day one. * 100% statutory benefits. * Biweekly payments. * Career development path.
