Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, performing routine maintenance, and collaborating with the team in accordance with safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Active collaboration with other staff members RESPONSIBILITIES: * Clean, store, and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling air vents, cleaning restrooms, etc.) * Perform and document routine maintenance and inspection activities * Carry out deep cleaning tasks and special projects * Report deficiencies encountered or the need for repairs * Perform minor adjustments and repairs * Stock and maintain supply rooms * Collaborate with other staff members * Comply with health and safety regulations. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed secondary education * Availability to work during the following hours: Monday to Friday: 08:30 – 18:00 (45-minute lunch break) / Saturdays: 8:30 – 12:45\. * **Availability to work at Av.
