Job Summary: We are seeking committed, responsible, and proactive personnel to perform general cleaning of a condominium, including common areas and elevators. Key Highlights: 1. Proactive in assigned tasks Committed to work Responsible Proactive Schedule: Monday to Saturday 7:00 AM to 3:45 PM, including 45-minute break Responsibilities: Cleaning all floors of the condominium. Sweeping the building entrance area. Daily garbage removal. Cleaning the building entrance or lobby. Cleaning garbage rooms located on each floor where waste is deposited. Cleaning and polishing elevators, with special emphasis on buttons and mirrors—high-contact areas. Cleaning meeting rooms or even laundry rooms. Cleaning emergency staircases. Glass cleaning—i.e., removing fingerprints or stains—but excluding full-size glass surfaces requiring specialized personnel.
