Position Summary: We are seeking a Ticket Sales Counter staff member to assist and guide passengers, sell, reserve, and issue tickets, and perform daily cash register closing. (ETPOSA) is currently recruiting personnel for the position of Ticket Sales Counter. Available locations: * Nicolás Arriola – La Victoria * José Gálvez – Santa Beatriz * Plaza Norte Terminal – Independencia Working hours: * From 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. * On-site work Main responsibilities: * Provide friendly and courteous assistance and guidance to passengers. * Sell, reserve, and issue tickets. * Collect payments and perform daily cash register closing. * Provide information regarding routes, schedules, fares, and boarding points. * Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. Requirements: * Completed secondary education. * Experience preferred but not required. * Basic proficiency in Word and Excel. * Availability to work from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. * Availability to work at any of the listed locations. * Responsible, punctual, communicative, and customer-oriented individual.
