What Are We Looking For? * Individuals with or without prior installation experience. * Valid motorcycle driver's license. * Own motorcycle, registered under the candidate’s name. * Residence in **Southern Lima or surrounding areas**: Villa El Salvador, Villa María del Triunfo, San Juan de Miraflores, Lurín, Chorrillos, etc. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday. What Do We Offer? * **Fixed monthly salary of S/1,300\.** * **Production-based commissions**, averaging S/1,500 or more. * **Welcome bonus of S/900** for the first 3 months. * **Monthly attendance bonus of S/300.** * **Additional bonus of S/700 for owning a motorcycle.** * **Full payroll registration from the first day of training.** * Career path and growth opportunities. * Annual profit-sharing. * Company vehicle for operations (if holding Class A1 license), as applicable. * **Potential to earn up to S/3,800 or more per month, depending on performance.**Working Hours **Monday to Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.**, with one rest day.
