Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Kitchen Assistant with a passion for gastronomy to support dish preparation and maintain kitchen cleanliness. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance in preparing menu dishes (breakfast and lunch) 2. Passion for gastronomy and a service-oriented vocation 3. Teamwork and organizational sense Assist in preparing menu dishes (breakfast and lunch) Ensure appropriate quantities of ingredients required for the day Prepare sauces, side dishes, and beverages Receive, inspect, clean, and distribute goods Clean, peel, and cut vegetables Mix ingredients, replenish supplies, and assist in production Check stock levels of ingredients to be used during service as needed Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and storage area with guidance from the cook Other duties related to the position. Requirements: Six months of experience as a Kitchen Assistant A service-oriented, responsible, proactive individual with quick responsiveness, strong organizational skills, good communication ability, courteous demeanor, teamwork capability, orderliness, punctuality, and passion for gastronomy. Residence in areas adjacent to Comas Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including a 1-hour break); days off: Sundays and holidays Salary: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
