Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and proactive kitchen professional with experience in food preparation and supply management to maintain area hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on quality and order Description * Minimum previous experience of 1 year. * Responsible and proactive. * Knowledge of Peruvian cuisine and also hot Japanese cuisine (not mandatory). * Receive, verify, and weigh raw materials entering the kitchen area. * Prepare mise en place. * Prepare daily Kardex records. * Generate supply and raw material requisitions via established communication channels. * Perform routine cleaning and disinfection of areas, as well as at the end of shift activities. * Prepare dishes according to brand-established recipes. * Preferably reside in areas adjacent to the district of Jesús María.
