Position Summary: A professional responsible for the comprehensive management of warehouse operations, inventory control, procurement, and reporting, ensuring compliance with operational procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Manages stock, inventories, and disposition of spare parts and supplies. 2. Performs documentary control of purchases and submits indicator reports. 3. Actively participates in warehouse and procurement management. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** ● Maintain stock levels of spare parts, lubricants, tires, and other operation-related supplies. ● Store, control, and participate in the final disposition of replaced (used) spare parts, tires, and supplies. ● Report damages or losses of supplies caused by staff negligence. ● Receive, participate in, and control inventory handling. ● Participate in warehouse management. ● Maintain documentary control of all purchases and submit records to accounting. ● Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor to achieve organizational objectives. ● Comply with procedures determined relevant by the organization. ● Participate in procurement management. ● Submit assigned indicator or KPI reports to the immediate supervisor. **POSITION PROFILE:** \- Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. \- Intermediate level of Excel proficiency. (To be assessed) \- Two years of experience in logistics, warehousing, planning, or procurement. \- Reside in neighboring districts. \- Possess AIIB or A1 driver's license (for reclassification).
