Requirements * Completed secondary education. * Minimum **6 months** of experience in general maintenance. * Basic knowledge of **plumbing, painting, tiling, masonry, and infrastructure maintenance**. * Proficiency in using manual and electric tools. * Availability to work from **Monday to Sunday**, with **one weekday day off**. * Working hours: **8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.**, with flexibility to work rotating shifts as operational needs require. * Willingness to travel to the company's various locations (main office: **Los Olivos**). Responsibilities * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across facilities. * Carry out basic plumbing, painting, tiling, and masonry repairs. * Paint and repair walls, ceilings, and other infrastructure areas. * Inspect facilities to identify maintenance requirements. * Support maintenance and repair of furniture and equipment. * Maintain assigned tools and equipment in good condition. * Comply with safety regulations and company-established procedures. * Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by immediate supervisor.
