Compliance with occupational safety and health procedures Our client, a leading construction and project company, has entrusted us with sourcing the best personnel for the position of: GLAZIER / PARTITION MAINTENANCE Provide support in executing preventive and corrective maintenance services for partitions, glass doors, and related components, ensuring compliance with the company's established quality, safety, and service standards. REQUIREMENTS: \- Completed secondary education. \- Technical studies in construction, maintenance, metal carpentry, glazing, or related fields are desirable. \- Basic training in installation and maintenance of partitions, glass doors, or related work is desirable. \- Basic knowledge of manual and electric tool usage. \- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in maintenance, construction, glazing, or similar activities. \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Assist in performing preventive and corrective maintenance of partitions, glass doors, locks, door closers, and accessories. \- Perform basic installation, disassembly, and adjustment tasks for partition components. \- Assist in responding to operational incidents and emergencies under the supervision of the responsible technician. \- Support preparation, transportation, and organization of tools, materials, and work equipment. \- Maintain order and cleanliness in work areas before, during, and after each service. \- Assist in gathering information for service report preparation. \- Comply with occupational safety and health procedures while performing assigned duties. \- Perform other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
