Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Pastry/Cooking Assistant to maintain quality and cleanliness, assist in food preparation, and manage inventory in Surquillo. Key Highlights: 1. Positive work environment Minimum 3 months of experience in pastry and/or cooking \- Availability to work at our facility located in Surquillo\- Availability to work on ROTATING SHIFTS: Full and immediate availability (only Full-Time positions are currently available) Responsibilities: Accurately complete process control and disinfection PCC forms. Report losses. Maintain cleanliness of the area, equipment, and utensils. Prepare raw materials for pastry product preparation. Report any deviations or incidents encountered during activities to the Pastry Chef. Conduct inventory of ingredients, intermediate products, and finished goods.
