Job Summary: We are seeking a pastry assistant to support the preparation and decoration of cakes, desserts, fillings, and cleaning of the work area, while applying quality control measures. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in preparing frozen cakes, desserts, and fillings. 2. Assistance in final decoration details. 3. Application of quality control measures. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in preparing frozen cakes, various desserts, and production-scheduled fillings. * Apply the specified quality control measures for each process. * Support the decorating pastry chef with final decoration details. * Clean the work area (upon entry and exit). * Assist in preparing fillings and syrups. * Support the filling, coating, and cake decoration department. * Assist in preparing desserts or similar items. * Perform other related duties as required by production and immediate supervisor. **WORK CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT** Working hours: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Saturday; Sundays off. Lunch break: 1 hour. Days off: 1 day, on Sundays. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Punctuality, honesty, responsibility, cleanliness, and organization. * Positive and proactive attitude. * Health certificate for food handling. * Technical studies in pastry or prior experience working in a pastry shop.
