Description

Job Summary: Support operations including mineral sampling, mineral handling, plant assembly, and assistance with metallurgical equipment, with a focus on safety and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in mineral sampling and plant material handling. 2. Support in plant assembly, disassembly, and commissioning. 3. Operation and assistance with crushing and grinding equipment. * Perform mineral sampling on conveyors, hoppers, and concentrates according to established procedures. * Carry out manual mineral handling tasks. * Support plant assembly, disassembly, and commissioning (structures, equipment, piping, and accessories). * Operate and assist with crushing, grinding, or other metallurgical process equipment. * Verify proper material flow on conveyor belts and hoppers. * Support industrial cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of equipment. * Report operational deviations, mechanical failures, or unsafe conditions. * Strictly comply with Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management (SSOMA) standards. * Other duties inherent to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Knowledge of AutoCAD. * Knowledge of mechanics for Mineral Processing Plants.
