Job Summary: We are seeking a production assistant to support plant operations, assist with material handling, and provide support to operators in production tasks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supporting tasks assigned by the Plant Supervisor 2. Assisting in the transportation and organization of materials 3. Supporting operators, welders, or assemblers *Experience in metal-mechanical bodywork (preferred)* **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Support tasks assigned by the Plant Supervisor, following instructions and established procedures. * Assist in the transportation, preparation, and organization of materials and tools. * Support operators, welders, or assemblers in carrying out production tasks. * Maintain a clean and orderly workstation and work area. * Comply with safety regulations and properly use PPE. * Report incidents, damages, or material shortages to the Supervisor. * Participate in training sessions and process improvement activities. Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Starting from S/.1,200\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
