Job Summary: We are seeking Production Operators/Distribution Assistants for packaging, sealing, palletizing, and loading products, ensuring quality. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manually package, seal, and palletize products. 2. Ensure product quality compliance. 3. Load and unload products for the process. At **Gierca SAC**, we are looking for **PRODUCTION OPERATORS / DISTRIBUTION ASSISTANTS** to join our team at the Ventanilla Plant. Responsibilities: * Manually package, cap, seal, nest, and palletize finished products as required * Ensure product quality compliance. * Roll product cylinders and unload required items. * Load and unload products to fulfill the process (transport assistant). Requirements: * Completed secondary education (Mandatory). * Experience in heavy labor or production roles (Preferred). * Availability to work in Ventanilla.
