Job Summary: We are seeking personnel for warehouse and dispatch duties, including picking, distribution, loading and unloading, order preparation, and inventory management, while maintaining order and cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in warehouse and dispatch operations. 2. Performing picking, distribution, loading, and unloading of goods. 3. Inventory management, product labeling, and cleaning. **Requirements:** * Minimum 6 months of experience in warehouse and dispatch roles. * Residence in Villa El Salvador or neighboring districts (Chorrillos/VMT/SJM). * Availability to work full-time. (Not part-time) * Availability to work overtime (non-negotiable), especially during campaigns and periods of increased workload. * Punctuality and responsibility. **Responsibilities:** * Daily picking. * Distribution of goods to various commercial centers and customers. * Loading and unloading of vehicles and containers. * Preparing orders for Lima and provinces. * Weekly inventory checks. * Product labeling / tagging / cleaning. * Proper handling and storage of products. * Maintaining order and cleanliness across all warehouse areas. * Other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Work schedule: Monday to Saturday. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 05:45 PM — (1-hour lunch break) * Saturday: 08:00 AM to 12:15 PM * **Additional overtime hours based on workload (non-negotiable)** * **Early-morning shifts when required or during campaigns** **Benefits:** * Formal employment with all statutory benefits (CTS, vacations, bonuses) effective from the first day of work. * Base salary: S/.1,200 + S/.100 mobility allowance + overtime pay + family allowance. * Bi-weekly payments.
