We are currently seeking top talent to fill the position of **Warehouse Operator** in the district of Comas. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** \- Minimum 1 year of experience. \- Completed secondary education. \- Residency near the district of Comas. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?** \- Lead, coordinate, and supervise warehouse staff by defining, communicating, and monitoring assigned tasks. \- Physically monitor and verify incoming and outgoing finished goods to and from the warehouse. \- Load and unload products onto transport units (trucks). \- Efficiently dispatch merchandise, verifying compliance with dispatch forms or requirements from various departments, and recording details on the Warehouse Dispatch Note. \- Perform picking operations to prepare orders according to requests from internal or external customers, using both mechanical and manual methods. \- Conduct physical inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock levels and inventories for finished goods and merchandise. \- Verify and monitor proper presentation and validity of finished goods prior to dispatch. \- Receive finished goods and merchandise and store them in designated areas as instructed by the Logistics Manager. \- Properly use and operate company assets assigned to you (e.g., forklifts) to perform your duties while adhering to established safety regulations. \- Report any incident, event, or action affecting warehouse processes to your immediate supervisor. \- Participate in scheduled Industrial Safety drills and implement emergency response plans. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** \- Market-competitive salary. \- Opportunity to join a sustainably growing company. \- Statutory benefits: Health Insurance, Family Allowance, Bonus Payments, Vacation Leave. \- Career development path. ***The best team is waiting for you!*** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,200\.00 \- S/.1,300\.00 per month Application Question(s): * What are your salary expectations?
