A metal-mechanical company with over 20 years in the Arequipa market, specializing in stainless steel projects (railings, frames, etc.) \- 03 Stainless Steel Welding Assistants with experience. **Requirements:** \- Must be over 18 years of age. \- Willingness to learn and work as a team. \- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. \- Minimum commitment to develop within the company for 6 months. **Responsibilities:** \- Assist in manufacturing stainless steel projects (railings, frames, etc.). \- Welding, polishing, grinding, cutting, and measuring pipes, etc. \- Follow the schedule provided by Management. \- Maintain a clean and safe work environment. \- Follow instructions from team supervisors and technicians. \- Attend training and development courses as required. **Work Location:** Paucarpata \- Baños de Jesús. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:30 pm; Saturday 7:00 am to 1:00 pm.
