What will you do? * Support various activities in the production workshop. * Perform manual tasks related to garment finishing and preparation. * Keep materials and the work area organized. * Progressively learn how to operate garment sewing machines. * Assist with other tasks related to the production process. Requirements * Ages 18 to 30 * Valid national ID (DNI) * Manual dexterity and speed in performing manual tasks * Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented * Interest in learning garment manufacturing * Preferably, prior experience in textile workshops, production, or manual labor * Availability to work onsite in La Victoria, near Block 9 of Avenida México Working Hours * Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays: 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. * One-hour lunch break **Work Location:** Block 9 of Avenida México \- La Victoria, Lima We Offer * Timely remuneration * Productivity bonus * Training on operating garment sewing machines * Opportunity for learning and growth within the workshop * Stable work environment How to Apply?
