Job Summary: We are seeking a kitchen assistant to perform duties including receiving, cleaning, food preparation, supporting the cook, and temporary substitution. Key Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for receiving, cleaning, and distributing kitchen goods 2. Prepares side dishes, juices, sandwiches, and fruit cuts 3. Assists the cook and temporarily substitutes for them **Responsibilities:** * Responsible for receiving, cleaning, and distributing kitchen goods. * Responsible for preparing all kitchen side dishes. * Responsible for cleaning kitchen cold rooms and freezers. * Responsible for keeping shelves and worktables clean. * Assists the cook in preparing cold and hot foods. * Temporarily substitutes for the cook when absent. * Assists the cook in buffet setup. * Responsible for preparing juices, sandwiches, fruit cuts, garnishes, * and side dishes. * Knowledge of food handling and preservation required. * Any other tasks assigned by the department head. **Requirements:** * Culinary education * More than 2 years of experience in a similar position Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from S/.1,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
