PACKAGING ASSISTANT

Job Summary: We are seeking a team member to perform packaging and shipment duties for garments, including packing, quality control, and information registration. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in packaging within the textile sector. 2. Extensive packaging and quality control functions. 3. Support in information registration and logistics. Responsibilities: * Pack (thread) and strap export cartons * Receive and dispatch cartons to transportation * Receive garments from production workshops and transfer them to the quality audit area * Assemble cardboard boxes for the packaging area * Seal, strap, and label cartons from packaging * Provide information to prepare the packing list according to specifications and quantities * Verify that physical garments match the packing list and inward delivery notes * Sort cartons by style, size, and color * Prepare hangtags with customer-requested information * Bag garments * Place silica gel in each garment * Apply stickers on cartons and bags * Register the packing list in the system as support to the packaging supervisor * Ship finished garments via courier * Receive production garments into the packaging area Position Profile: * 1 year of experience in packaging roles within textile companies Employment Type: Full-time, Contract-based Salary: Starting from S/.1,200.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
