Currently, our family is growing; therefore, we are seeking top talent to fill the PRODUCTION OPERATOR position at our Chorrillos branch. What do you need to apply? * Completed secondary education * Availability to work in Chorrillos * Availability to work Monday through Saturday (8 hours, plus 45-minute break) * Minimum three months of experience in bakery/pastry roles * Ability to work effectively in a team * Speed and efficiency; proactive attitude * Responsibility and organizational skills * Ability to learn quickly What is the professional challenge? * Cleaning and disinfecting the work area * Using microwaves to dissolve products (after prior mixing) * Preparing mousses (various flavors) * Using pastry tools to support job operations * Using mixers for mixing processes * Assembling and decorating desserts in cups * Inventory management * Other duties inherent to the role What benefits will you enjoy? * Direct payroll registration with all statutory benefits * Market-competitive remuneration * In-store discounts starting from month one * Pleasant work environment We are an organization committed to equality and equal opportunity.
