Job Summary: Security Assistant for the pharmaceutical sector, performing inspections, testing security systems, and monitoring. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conducts safety inspections and verifies warehouse conditions. 2. Operates and tests electronic security systems. 3. Monitors security cameras and oversees surveillance. A pharmaceutical distribution company is seeking a **Security Assistant.** **Responsibilities:** * Conduct opening and closing safety inspections, verifying the physical conditions of warehouses and buildings, as well as the operational status of the company's critical assets. * Perform operational tests of electronic security systems, including fire detection, intrusion alarms, surveillance cameras, and GPS. * Carry out collateral duties, such as inspecting emergency equipment including fire extinguishers, hose cabinets, smoke detectors, among others. * Inspect goods scheduled for dispatch by applying control filters and conducting unannounced audits, comparing physical inventory against shipping documents. * Monitor security cameras and ensure compliance with asset security and occupational health and safety (OHS) policies across all our locations. * Supervise security and cleaning personnel. * Visit other locations to conduct security inspections (occasionally). **Requirements:** * 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts. * Training in asset security. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Completed secondary education. **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits. * 100% coverage of EPS (health insurance) for the employee.
