Job Summary: PALTARUMI is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials at a mining plant. Key Highlights: 1. At ***PALTARUMI***, a gold mineral processing plant, we are looking for a ***WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT.*** **Requirements** * Technical degree in Administration, Accounting, or related fields; or completed secondary education with proven experience. * Minimum 3 years of experience in mining-sector warehouses. * Experience handling spare parts, construction materials, IQBF, explosives, and supplies. * Knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and logistics software. * Intermediate-level office software proficiency. * Commitment to safety, order, teamwork, and responsibility. **Responsibilities** * Execute and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, spare parts, and supplies. * Record incoming and outgoing items in the warehouse system, ensuring traceability and up-to-date inventory. * Verify documentation, vouchers, and authorizations for proper material dispatch. * Operate forklifts in accordance with established procedures and safety regulations. * Conduct physical inventory vs. system reconciliations and report discrepancies or incidents. * Comply with and enforce SSOMA standards across all warehouse activities. **Benefits** * Full company coverage of meals and accommodation. * Statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, and vacation leave). * Formal payroll enrollment from day one. * Profit-sharing based on production. * Insurance coverage (Essalud, SCTR, and Life Insurance Law). * Birthday Leave Day. * Only commuting assistance from Barranca to the plant.
