Job Summary: Drives sustainable and profitable growth of a category by managing supplier negotiations and optimizing customer experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Key role in category growth and profitability. 2. Strategic negotiation with suppliers to ensure sales and stock. 3. Optimization of customer experience and conversion rate. **Job Description** ---------------------- Grow the business sustainably and profitably over time 1\. Develop the assigned category, ensuring achievement of sales, margin, and contribution KPIs 2\. Negotiate with suppliers to ensure sales and stock 3\. Develop product photos, technical specifications, and in-page content to ensure optimal customer navigation and enhance Conversion Rate with suppliers (1P) 4\.
