Proactive communication with customers regarding payment due dates A real estate company is looking for an administration or accounting technician with collections experience, responsible for the following duties: * Collect installments (initial and cash payments) from customers via telephone, email, and digital channels. * Notify customers of their upcoming monthly installment due dates. * Coordinate with bank sector specialists to monitor each customer's savings plan compliance.
