Therefore, all our selection processes are conducted under this principle. **Job Mission:** Ensure proper management of the organizational structure and compensation information, seeking efficiency in key processes. **Job Responsibilities:** * Develop and update Job Descriptions (DPs) and Methods of Functioning (MOFs). * Evaluate newly created positions. * Analyze data quality in Employee Central system. * Support workflows and automations within the department. * Generate department-specific reports. * Draft, update, and reconcile intercompany contracts and accounting reconciliations. * Approve new positions in AIRA. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree or undergraduate candidate in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 1–2 years of experience in similar roles. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Job Description creation. Position evaluation using Mercer / Hay Group methodology (preferred) or other methodologies.
