Your main challenge will be controlling daily operational processes and ensuring they are accurately reflected in product inbound and outbound systems. What challenges will you face in this role? * Receiving cargo, route zoning, verifying cargo departures through HD systems. * Dock and inventory reconciliation, reviewing inbound and outbound flows. * Supervise operational areas of receiving, sorting, storage, dispatch, and inventory at the Distribution Center. * Ensure strict adherence to operational processes according to established procedures (company norms, rules, and policies). * Ensure achievement of operational objectives. * Analyze and manage compliance with assigned KPIs; establish improvement plans. * Meet targets set for each operational sub-process: trainings, work climate, etc. * Maintain and ensure adherence to operational standards and related POEs. * Prepare and publish shift schedules, enforcing progressive discipline for tardiness and absences. * Monitor and ensure labor productivity compliance. * Manage, compensate, and schedule overtime and holiday consumption for supervised staff. * Lead and develop team members according to their latest performance evaluation's work plan. Rotating schedule 6x1 (8 hours per day) from 06:00 am to 03:00 pm **Requirements:** Student in final semesters or graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. 3 years of experience in similar roles Intermediate Excel proficiency required (pivot tables) Experience managing teams Availability to work rotating shifts 6x1 (8 hours per day) from 06:00 am to 03:00 pm **Offer Conditions:**
