Our people make the difference in our success. **Contract Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** Deeply understand the assigned business unit and identify opportunities using in-depth knowledge and data-backed opportunity analysis. Challenge processes, analyze results, and propose data-backed initiatives, ensuring each recommendation is actionable and aligned with commercial and financial strategic objectives. Define pilots, metrics, and key KPIs to test new initiatives (proposals) and monitor performance. Oversee and coordinate analyses conducted by BI and BA teams, ensuring quality and usefulness. Prioritize analytical initiatives based on their business impact, validating methodologies and promoting the use of emerging tools and technologies to optimize processes and data analysis. Promote the use of tools and emerging technologies to optimize processes and analysis. Document findings and results, generating reusable and traceable knowledge.
