With a presence in over 120 countries and a team of 19,500 professionals, we leverage our multidisciplinary expertise to serve our clients, driving innovative and accessible solutions that deliver real impact on every project. **Job Description** * Receive, guide, and appropriately attend to visitors, clients, delegations, and suppliers, ensuring warm, timely, and professional service. * Project a professional, ethical, and organization-aligned image in all internal and external interactions. * Manage emails and correspondence, promptly routing information to the relevant departments. * Coordinate the use of meeting rooms and provide logistical support for meetings, corporate visits, and internal activities. * Manage scheduling, confirmation, and follow-up of appointments and meetings, keeping calendars up to date and coordinating participant availability. * Provide administrative support to the Project Director in managing their agenda, coordinating meetings, and tracking operational requirements. * Coordinate logistical arrangements for institutional visits, clients, and representatives from other offices, ensuring proper preparation of venues, materials, and necessary requirements. * Assist in drafting, reviewing, and preparing documents, presentations, and other administrative materials as required. * Manage and organize physical and digital documentation, ensuring correct classification, archiving, and accessibility for consultation. * Manage and control visitor entry registration, ensuring compliance with internal security and access protocols. * Support coordination of general services related to reception and visitor handling. * Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. * Act in accordance with the organization’s Code of Integrity and Ethical Conduct, promoting an environment of respect, transparency, and professionalism. **Qualifications** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a receptionist. * Basic English and/or French (desirable for visitor接待). * Knowledge of customer service and corporate protocol, as well as basic document and records management. * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
