Job Summary: We are seeking Cleaning Operators with or without prior experience to join our team, responsible for cleaning offices, stores, and commercial premises in a collaborative work environment. Responsible, honest, and well-groomed We are currently recruiting **Cleaning Operators**, with or without experience, for immediate incorporation into our team across **Metropolitan Lima** and surrounding areas. **What do we offer?** * **Base salary**: S/ 1,130\.00 per month (current Minimum Living Wage – full payroll registration from day one) * **Productivity / attendance bonus**: S/ 70\.00 per month (in addition to base salary) * **Work schedule**: Full-time (8 hours daily) – Fixed schedule of **9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** (Monday to Saturday) * **Full statutory benefits**: * Social health insurance (EsSalud) * Bonuses (July and December) * Compulsory Severance Pay (CTS) * Vacation leave * Family allowance (if applicable) * **Work location**: Exclusive and secure areas of Lima (offices, stores, commercial premises, and some banks) * **Available zones** (selection based on your residence to facilitate commuting): * Miraflores (Arequipa Avenue, Roosevelt Avenue, etc.) * San Borja (Javier Prado Este Avenue) * La Molina / Monterrico (Los Frutales Residential Area, Monterrico Residential Area) * Surco / Chorrillos (Prolongación Huaylas Avenue) * Pueblo Libre (Bolívar Avenue) * Lima Center (Argentina Avenue) * Mala – Cañete (Pan-American Highway South Km 88 – Beach) * Other zones subject to availability **Requirements:** * Age: 18 to 55 years (approx.) * Gender: Unrestricted (men and women) * Completed or ongoing secondary education * Experience in cleaning offices, stores, commercial premises, or similar settings * Well-groomed appearance, responsible, honest, and eager to work collaboratively * Immediate availability Monday through Saturday * Required documents: Valid DNI, simple resume Salary: Starting from S/.1,130\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
